Eligibility for returns and exchanges: You may initiate a return or exchange within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. To be eligible, the products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact. Products that have been worn, damaged, altered, or cleaned will not be accepted for return or exchange. Additionally, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable: final sale items (marked as "Final Sale" on the product page), customized or personalized shoes, and products damaged due to improper use, mishandling, or normal wear and tear.
Return and exchange process: To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps: 1. Complete the return/exchange request form available on our website, providing your order number, product details, and the reason for the return or exchange. 2. Wait for confirmation of your request. We will review your submission within 2-3 business days and send you a confirmation email with return instructions, including the return address (if applicable). 3. Package the eligible products securely, ensuring they are protected during transit. Please include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip inside the package. 4. Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method. We recommend retaining the tracking number for your reference, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
Shipping costs for returns and exchanges: Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer, unless the return or exchange is due to a product defect, incorrect item shipment, or sizing error on our part. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse you for the reasonable shipping costs upon receipt and verification of the product. For exchanges, the shipping cost for sending the new item to you will be covered by us if the exchange is due to our error; otherwise, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fee, which will be collected before the new item is dispatched.

Defective or damaged products: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To assist with the claim, please provide your order number, clear photos of the defective/damaged area, and photos of the original packaging. Do not return the product until you have received our confirmation and return instructions. Once we verify the issue, we will offer a solution, which may include a full refund, a replacement product, or a store credit. Size exchanges: If you need to exchange a product for a different size (subject to availability), please follow the standard exchange process outlined above.
